Privacy Notice

This English version is a translation provided for information only; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform you about the processing of the personal data you share through the quote and contact form on our website.

Personal data processed

The information you share in the form: first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, country and province, request type, the product you are interested in and the content of your message.

Purposes of processing

• To assess and respond to your request for a quotation, information, service or spare parts,
• to contact you,
• to keep records relating to your request.

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the formation of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and that we have a legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

The form content is forwarded by email to the relevant teams so that we can respond to your request. Because the server hosting the website and the email service providers may be located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad through these service providers; this transfer is based on the consent you give in the form. Other than this, your data is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing purposes.

WhatsApp and email communication

If you share your phone number in the form, we may send you automated WhatsApp messages in order to respond to your request: questions to complete your request, the price quotation and technical data sheet, and follow-up messages about the quotation. These messages are delivered through our WhatsApp Business API service providers 360dialog GmbH (Germany) and Meta (WhatsApp); your phone number, name and message content are therefore processed abroad by these providers. This transfer is based on the explicit consent you give in the form.

To introduce our products and services, we may also send business emails to companies at their publicly available corporate email addresses, based on our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). The data you share in the form is not used for these emails.

If you do not wish to receive these messages, you can reply “STOP” (or “DUR”, “ні”) to the WhatsApp message or write to info@terexdiesel.com; we will then no longer send you automated messages or business emails.

Retention period

Data is kept until your request has been concluded and for the periods required by the applicable legislation, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

With your consent only, our website uses Google Ads conversion measurement cookies (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to measure which of our advertisements lead to a quote request, a phone call, a WhatsApp message or a catalogue download. These cookies are set only when you choose “Accept” in the cookie bar; if you choose “Reject”, no advertising cookies are stored and Google receives only limited, cookie-free signals (for example, that a conversion took place).

If you have given consent and send the quote form, your email address and phone number are transmitted to Google in hashed (SHA-256) form so that the request can be matched to an ad click; this data may be processed abroad. This is the only exception to the sharing restriction in the Transfers section and is based on your explicit consent. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.

When you arrive through one of our Google Ads advertisements, your IP address, browser user agent, country, the page you opened and a cookie-free signal showing whether you actually interacted with the page are recorded on our server solely to detect fraudulent ad clicks, based on our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f); this data is kept for 30 days and is not shared with third parties.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request its correction or deletion, to learn to whom it has been transferred, and to object. You can send your requests to info@terexdiesel.com.
