Regular, documented maintenance ensures that a generator on standby will start when it is needed. A maintenance contract allows the maintenance of your generator to be carried out on a planned basis throughout the year.

- Preparation of an annual maintenance plan

- Checking the engine, alternator, control panel, battery and fuel system
- Recording each visit on maintenance forms
- Reporting the work required and carrying it out with your approval

How we work

What is the difference between a maintenance contract and one-off maintenance?
With one-off maintenance, a separate request is made each time it is needed. Under a maintenance contract, the visits for the year are planned in advance, maintenance records are kept regularly and contract customers are given priority in the event of a breakdown.
What work is included in the contract?

How is the frequency of maintenance visits determined?
