How we work

Request: You send the generator’s serial number, model and the part required by phone, on WhatsApp or via the contact form.
Identification: The part compatible with the engine and alternator is identified from the serial number.
Quotation: You are informed of the part, the lead time and the shipping details.
Shipment: Once you approve, the part is shipped within Turkey or abroad; if required, it can be fitted by our service team.

Lead times and shipping conditions depend on the part and the delivery location.

Frequently asked questions

What information should I provide when requesting spare parts?

The generator's serial number and model, the engine and alternator details, and the name or code of the part required allow the correct part to be identified. Sending a photo of the rating plate is also sufficient.

Do you supply parts for other generator brands?

Once the engine and alternator details are shared, we assess whether the appropriate part can be supplied. Availability and lead time vary by part; we will inform you on request.

Do you ship spare parts abroad?

Yes. Spare parts are shipped to our customers and dealers abroad. The shipping method and conditions are determined at the order stage.
