Export process

Terex Diesel sells generator sets for export from its factory in İstanbul, Türkiye, on EXW İstanbul terms. An export order goes from enquiry and quotation to a proforma invoice, order confirmation, production with a full-load test, and loading with the export documents.

Order steps

1. Enquiry. Send the required power (kVA or kW), voltage and frequency, canopy or open type, ATS requirement and the destination country. You can use the quote form or WhatsApp.
2. Quotation. The quotation states the model code, the make and model of the engine and alternator, the equipment, the delivery term (EXW İstanbul) and the lead time.
3. Proforma invoice. After you accept the quotation, we issue the proforma invoice.
4. Order confirmation. The steps from order confirmation to loading are set out in the secure purchase process on this page. Secure purchase process ↓
5. Production and full-load test. The set is built at our factory and tested at full load before shipment, and the test report is issued.
6. Loading and documents. The set is loaded at our factory and the export documents are issued.

• Proforma invoice
• Commercial invoice
• Packing list
• Certificate of origin
• Bill of lading (B/L)
• Factory test report

Other documents required by your customs or your project should be agreed before production, so that they are issued with the shipment.

Warranty

Warranty outside Türkiye: 12 months or 1,000 operating hours for all engine brands. The warranty terms are stated in the quotation.
